Our client, a manufacturer of specialized industrial equipment based in Northern RI, is hiring a Junior Account Manager to join their service team. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and looking for a stable, permanent role with a well-established company.
Compensation & Highlights:- $50,000-$52,000 per year, with benefits and bonus potential
- Permanent hire
Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager:
- Process parts and retrofit orders received by email or phone, tracking outstanding offers and orders through to completion.
- Coordinate repairs and returns, keeping documentation accurate and following up consistently with customers and internal teams.
- Communicate directly with customers and the corporate office to resolve parts-related questions and requests.
- Pick, pack, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.
Qualifications of the Junior Account Manager:
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and Teams; SAP experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on open requests.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexible and dependable, especially around scheduled on-call and after-hours coverage.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
