Job Description

Advanced Chiropractic is seeking a vibrant Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and coordinate billing functions. This role involves managing a small team and handling a blend of customer service, billing, and administrative responsibilities within a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and supervise 1-5 staff members
Coordinate billing processes using specialized billing software
Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize workflow
Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs
Perform general office administration tasks to support daily operations
Make operational decisions to enhance office efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in office administration
High School Diploma or equivalent
