What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Explaining repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally
• Helping homeowners improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems
• Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations
• Building lasting customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service

This is consultative servicenot high-pressure sales.

Our best technicians educate customers, provide solutions, and allow homeowners to make informed decisions with confidence.

Typical Projects

• EV charger installations
• Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
• Service upgrades

What We're Looking For

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• 4+ years of electrical experience
• Residential service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners
• Customer-facing service experience
• Experience mentoring apprentices
