Employee Benefits Account Manager

Responsibilities Manage a book of employee benefits accounts. Serve as the primary contact for client service and support. Coordinate renewals, carrier negotiations, and benefit plan changes. Assist with open enrollment, employee communications, and claims resolution. Partner with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service. Maintain compliance with applicable employee benefits regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of employee benefits account management experience. Knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
