SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM DESK CLERK (OA)

Duties
Performs a wide range of specialized duties to support child care operations, and also performs such specialized work as preparing, processing and reconciling purchase orders, vouchers, payrolls, property records, patron refunds, etc.
Maintains waiting list IA W policy for the School Age Care Program. Establishes and maintains practices, procedures, and database that ensures maximum enrollment in center based programs and tracks waiting list demographics and statistics.
Provides resource and referral to individual families facilitating parent's acquisition of suitable child care based on child and family needs to include full time, part time, hourly, and special care requirements.
Computes, collects and records fees, as necessary when other clerks are absent. Daily, counts change funds, completes AFF 1876, Consolidated Cost Center Report, to accurately report income in appropriate cost centers.
Provides administrative support to School Age Care Coordinator and performs other duties as assigned.
