About this Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong technical and/or engineering expertise to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects from concept through delivery. This role requires a seasoned professional who can bring structure to ambiguity, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and ensure technical initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully managing technical programs and projects while partnering seamlessly with internal stakeholders across the Sales-Solutions-Delivery pipeline, including Account Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Leaders, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Delivery Leaders, and implementation teams What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and engineering projects from initial concept, discovery, and solution design through implementation, launch, and post-delivery transition. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, resource needs, and communication cadences across multiple teams and stakeholders. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Delivery, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and client-facing teams to align project objectives, solution scope, delivery approach, and business outcomes. Translate technical requirements, dependencies, and risks into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate cross-functional meetings, project governance routines, stakeholder reviews, and escalation discussions to maintain alignment, accountability, and forward momentum. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, blockers, and scope concerns; proactively **escalate** issues with recommended solutions and clear decision points. Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to ensure project plans reflect technical feasibility, architecture considerations, integration requirements, testing needs, and operational readiness. Serve as a central point of coordination between sales commitments, solution design, delivery execution, and customer expectations. Track project health, delivery progress, key milestones, KPIs, and outcomes while providing concise status updates to internal leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, improving handoffs across the Sales-Solutions-Delivery pipeline, and implementing scalable program management practices. Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years leading large, complex technical programs Experience in client-facing roles managing program delivery and stakeholder relationships Proven track record of managing multiple teams of 15+ members Strong technical background with experience in managing software development or data-focused roles Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking program financials Excellent contractual documentation management skills Experience in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies Demonstrated experience coaching teams in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana and/or other Project Management tools Proven track record in business development and growing client accounts Work out the IG Consulting HQ in Atlanta Mondays – Thursdays Preferred Experience: Knowledge of data technologies and applications Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe) Experience in implementing PMO processes and tools History of successful client relationship management leading to account growth Experience in technology consulting services sales Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strategic mindset balanced with tactical execution capabilities Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
