Inside Sales Representative

Everstaff is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support a manufacturing sales team in Twinsburg, OH. This role is responsible for preparing quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating with internal departments, purchasing materials, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication, can interpret technical drawings, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Direct hire opportunity! Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations.
• Purchase materials and products needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer information within CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support outside sales representatives with quoting, order tracking, and customer communication.
• Communicate order status, lead times, and delivery updates to customers.
• Track sales activity and assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience in manufacturing, industrial, or metal fabrication environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of fabrication or manufacturing processes and materials preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
