We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the team on a contract basis. This position focuses on leading full-cycle hiring for high-volume retail talent, with an emphasis on store-based roles and rapidly shifting workforce needs. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, a results-driven approach, and the ability to build talent pipelines that support business growth in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for large-scale retail hiring, managing requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Source and attract candidates for store-level positions, including sales, management, and visual merchandising talent.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates with experience in Sales Associate roles to support ongoing hiring demand.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and guide the offer stage through completion.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and respond to urgent or changing store-level needs.
• Support recruitment campaigns tied to new store launches and other periods of concentrated hiring activity.
• Track performance indicators such as time-to-fill, requisition volume, and location-specific demand to inform recruiting priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records using Excel, shared tracking tools, LinkedIn, and Indeed, while helping refine recruitment workflows and processes as the function evolves.
• Coordinate handoff of hired candidates to the onboarding team after offer acceptance to ensure a smooth transition.• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including substantial ownership of full-cycle hiring.
• Prior success in high-volume retail recruitment, ideally within fashion or similar consumer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of store-level hiring patterns and the ability to balance speed with candidate quality.
• Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines and delivering against recruiting metrics and service expectations.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing and candidate generation.
• Comfort using Excel and shared spreadsheets to manage candidate activity and requisition tracking.
• Ability to adapt to changing monthly hiring needs across contract and permanent positions.
• Experience improving recruiting processes or helping implement structured procedures is a plus.
