Overview In our 1:1 ABA setting, you will work hands‑on with children (18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence‑based ABA techniques in a supportive, center‑based environment. With top‑tier supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team, you will make a real impact every day. Responsibilities Apply the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their full potential by reading treatment plans, implementing treatment, collecting data and writing insurance notes. Support the development of children in early childhood (18 months to 8 years) through engaging and fun therapeutic activities. Collaborate with a team of professionals to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience throughout the center. Engage children through play, movement, and imitation (running, dancing, singing, reading, watching videos, playing with toys). Effectively and positively communicate with stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs. Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, run and maintain a tidy, safe therapy environment. Strong multitasking skills to balance multiple actions and decisions while ensuring safety. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required for occasional travel to nearby centers). Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment (40‑hour training, competency assessment, exam registration, and passing). Qualifications & Experience Experience in childcare, preschool teaching, tutoring, mental health support, or related fields. Background in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or a related degree (preferred). Experience as a paraprofessional, direct support staff, or life‑skills assistant is a plus. Passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and commitment to a team‑oriented culture.
