As an HSA at Alachua Academy, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the medical department, ensuring adherence to the healthcare guidelines, and implementing safety standards for our youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Manage student healthcare according to their needs Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and/or via telehealth Maintain resident medical files Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines Supervise 1-2 registered nurses at the Academy After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
