Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Indiana

Preference for candidates comfortable with onsite, face-to-face services

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students
Provide direct therapy services tailored to the needs of secondary school students
Consult with teachers and classroom staff to implement supportive strategies
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Educate families and guardians on strategies to support student development at home
