Responsibilities and Qualifications 7-on 7-off day schedule with an admitter role Handle ED admissions so rounding hospitalists maintain uninterrupted rounds Open ICU with 24/7 intensivists on-site; no codes, rapids, or rapid responses No procedures or vent management; intensivists manage ICU until stepdown Hospital-employed position at a leading acute-care facility in Kansas City Internal medicine or experienced family practice background preferred Comfortable working with underserved and inner-city patient populations Target start within 90 - 120 days; no visa sponsorship available Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail Compensation From $316,000.00 to $316,000.00 Annually Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
