Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to provide makeup services and manage a diverse caseload
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy services to elementary students
• Address speech, language, and communication needs through individualized plans
• Provide required makeup services to ensure all mandated minutes are met
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by district policy
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional input and therapy recommendations
• Help foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
