Senior Vice President, Headcount & Financial Management

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end headcount and financial management processes for the Client Organization business aligned team. Ensure planning and forecast cycles are delivered with consistency, accuracy, and quality. Manage workforce planning accuracy, including headcount tracking, real estate inventory, and the onboarding and offboarding of resources. Oversee financial controls across the department, applying knowledge of profit and loss, accruals, allocations, and fixed price contracts to improve operational efficiency. Partner with finance, human resources, and business leadership to maintain a strong control environment by identifying and escalating issues with transparency. Qualifications 10 or more years of experience in financial services, operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments at a senior level. Experience in business management, chief-of-staff, or equivalent functions within a global organization. Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise outputs suitable for senior leadership audiences. Skilled at coordinating across teams with competing priorities and deadlines, maintaining quality and accuracy under pressure. Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different levels of seniority. Working knowledge of financial management principles including headcount and expense management, accruals, allocations, and fixed price contracts. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
