Service Director / Manager

Salary Range: 100,000-150,000 A premier family-owned Powersports/Motorcycle dealership in Texas, is currently seeking a Service Director / Manager to supervise our Service Department and to become a key member on our Management Team, while pursuing a quality of life. Skills needed to succeed include: ·         Oversee departmental staff members and technicians ·         Assign service job to technicians ·         Attention to detail, for warranty filings and service scheduling ·         Good time-management and phone skills for job completions ·         Work with customers to ensure timely responses and quality completion of repairs. Requirements include, but not limited to: Lightspeed / EVO DMS experience, C-level mechanical skills
