Operations Support Manager

ARK Hospitality

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high‑impact leadership role designed for a hands‑on operator who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. The position requires living on‑site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver, an effective communicator, and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. This role requires 24‑hour availability and living on the property during the assignment.
