The Elliot VNA – Home Health & Hospice Liaison in Manchester, NH is seeking a dynamic sales/marketing professional to expand referral networks with SNFs, physician practices, hospitals and care managers. You will coordinate transitions to home health and hospice services and deliver education programs about VNA services.
