Contract Recruiter – Data Center / Engineering

Location: Uptown Dallas, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, results-driven Contract Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting experience to support a fast-paced, growing organization within the data center industry. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a smart, hardworking, and confident recruiter who can lead intake sessions with senior management, negotiate effectively, and sell both the opportunity and the organization to prospective candidates. Experience recruiting for data centers, engineering, technology, and corporate functions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate, technical, engineering, and management-level positions.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring needs, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting methods.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.
• Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition and sell opportunities to top candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to drive successful placements.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, track candidates, and maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation.
• Support hiring initiatives across data center, engineering, technology, corporate, and diverse manager-level roles.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior staffing agency experience and formal recruiting training, followed by a transition into a corporate recruiting role.
• Experience recruiting for data centers, engineering, technology, or other specialized technical environments.
• Data center recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions and manager-level positions, including diverse talent pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective intake sessions and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to effectively market an organization and its opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Uptown Dallas 2–3 days per week.

This is a contract opportunity. Any potential transition to a permanent position is undetermined and is not guaranteed.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with 2–3 days per week onsite in Uptown Dallas to collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
