Administrative Support Specialist

Vaco Charlotte

Vaco Jacksonville is staffing for an administrative support specialist to work full time, onsite in the Mandarin area for the Corporate Office of a Telecommunications company. 
We are looking to interview and hire immediately for the right fit that will be responsible performing the below mentioned duties. 
Hours are Monday-Friday, regular day shift hours, onsite. 

Duties
  • Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records, etc.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
  • Utilize computerized systems for document management and communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical skills.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and phone systems.
