Their a progressive commercial construction client with 40yrs experience in Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, and also Concrete - Self Performs Civil and Commercial Concrete needs: Flatwork, Precast, Structural, Excavation. Responsibilities: 3+ years Commercial Ground Up Projects Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects $30MIL to $250MIL Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, no high-rise, no multi-family Local work, home nights.
