Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Job Description Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for their growing team! Main Responsibilities Vendor invoice processing and issue resolution in relation to the invoices Vendor statement reconciliations Resolve invoicing problems with vendors and internal partners Preparing payment proposals Prepare various reports and analysis Prepare accounts payable account reconciliations Month‑end close process: work with other departments (General Ledger and Finance) to close open issues and manage the accounting period following the company’s closing deadline Experience Required 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable Fluent English is a must Appreciated any other languages (mainly Spanish/Portuguese) Strong IT skills: Proficient in MS Office Team worker, positive-minded and open to learn Education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration preferred Company Description Career Foundations has been built around a culture of unwavering service and ethics.
