You will support financial planning, reporting, business analysis, and strategic initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business Management teams. You will help drive execution of business priorities, deliver management insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes and create value for the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting, including monthly financials, allocations, headcount analysis, and management reportingLead the annual budgeting process in partnership with technology and finance stakeholdersSupport executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisLead financial analysis that provides insights for management decision-making and supports strategic business initiativesPartner with finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic projectsPartner with Finance & Business Management teams to support technology-wide objectives and enterprise business casesCollaborate with team members and global managers to identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance business processesPrepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholdersSupport business strategy development and execution through financial analysis and business management activitiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in Finance and Business Management, financial planning and analysis, or a related disciplineExperience supporting technology organizationsProven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for senior stakeholdersIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and develop insightsExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with AnaplanExperience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks Query, SQL, or PythonExperience leveraging artificial intelligence tools to support analysis, reporting, and process improvement**To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
