Technical Operations Specialist

Salary: $40,000 - 44,000 per year Requirements:

• Deliver professional technical support to customers by phone and email.
• Diagnose issues involving user accounts, system access, assessments, reports, and platform functionality.
• Reproduce reported software problems in a testing environment and document findings.
• Partner with our Engineering team to resolve confirmed product issues.
• Develop an understanding of root-cause analysis rather than only treating symptoms.
• Explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Handle sensitive information in line with HIPAA, privacy, and security expectations.
• Work with Python scripts for reporting, data analysis, and automation.
• Create, adjust, and troubleshoot custom reports based on customer requirements.
• Review large datasets to spot trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
• Validate reports and data for accuracy and consistency.
• Help convert customer reporting needs into practical technical solutions.
• Look for ways to automate repetitive work and enhance existing processes.
• Support implementation and configuration of new organizations within our platform.
• Set up locations, users, roles, and access permissions.
• Participate in and, over time, lead customer training sessions.
• Educate customers on workflows, assessments, reporting capabilities, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with a range of professionals, including clinicians, supervisors, executives, and administrative staff.
• Help ensure successful adoption of our platform.
• Assist with quality assurance testing for new features and system enhancements.
• Produce accurate, time-sensitive reports and meet deadlines.
• Research behavioral health assessments and psychometric measures to support product development.
• Investigate data anomalies and determine their source.
• Work across departments to improve processes and operational efficiency.
