Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across a dynamic group of campuses on the southwest side of the Houston area. In this school-based physical therapy position, you’ll become an essential part of a collaborative environment, addressing the therapy needs of approximately 80 students (with direct and consultative services) alongside a dedicated PT colleague. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and on-site; your home base will be the district office, with daily travel to assigned schools.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Split caseload (approx. 160 students district-wide; 50 receiving direct services) in coordination with a second PT
• Complete documentation in Frontline and SuccessEd
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Communicate progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and educators
• Use your home base office for planning; travel between assigned campuses during the school day

Desired Experience & Credentials:

• Active Texas PT license required
• State fingerprinting/background check necessary (existing records may be accepted)
• School or pediatric experience highly preferred
• Open to highly skilled PTAs with substantial pediatric or school background
• Must not be a former employee; candidates with prior school district terminations will be asked to complete an affidavit
• Flexibility to work full-time hours (37.5 per week) with typical shifts of 8:00–4:00 or 7:30–3:30
