Mortgage Production Manager

Managing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring borrowers understand loan programs and providing superior customer service. Key responsibilities Assist clients in understanding loan programs, costs, and related documentation Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program for borrowers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass LOS preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Excellent math and analytical skills
