Contract Support Analyst

This role is going to be mirroring the Houston site to help be an extra set of hands during a busy time.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Sitting at the rental car desk at the airport
• Processing invoices
• Corresponding with vendors for COI
• Communicating with site managers
• This role is more similar to a facility coordinator role

Must Have Skills:

• Need to be able to hit the ground running
• Invoice coding experience
• Ability to track A/R
• Payables and receivables experience
• COI verification experience

Nice to have skills:

• Real estate admin experience
• Property management experience
• Contract experience
• P2P experience

Years of Experience: 4-5 years Education H.S. Diploma or GED Software skills:

• Microsoft Office
• Excel preferred

Interview Process: 1 round virtual interview (Teams)

About the Role: As a Contract Support Analyst, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function.
