Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Brockton, MA

Pay: $35 – $45/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

Aerotek is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects including site preparation, grading, and utility work. This is a full-time, steady opportunity supporting commercial construction projects in the Brockton, MA area.

Responsibilities

Operate large excavators, front-end loaders, and large dozers

Perform site preparation, excavation, and grading work

Support underground utility installation projects (sewer, water, drainage)

Read and follow project plans and site instructions

Follow all safety standards and perform basic equipment inspections

Requirements

2A/1C Hoisting License (REQUIRED)

3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

Experience with underground utilities (sewer, water, drainage)

Experience with site work and grading projects preferred

Ability to work outdoors on active construction job sites

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
