Job Description Engage with prospective clients to understand their legal needs, challenges, and objectives and provide clear, actionable advice on possible legal service solutions. Utilize legal knowledge to assess client issues and recommend appropriate services, including immigration law (affirmative and defensive), criminal law, post‑conviction relief, and immigration consequences analysis, staying informed about changes in relevant law. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Convert initial consultations into signed agreements and long‑term partnerships. Prepare customized legal service recommendations and presentations based on client requirements, addressing both complex legal considerations and cost‑efficiency. Work closely with the legal team to ensure client expectations are set clearly and can be met efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and expand business. Negotiate terms of service agreements with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Provide ongoing client support by assisting them in hiring for next steps or additional services as needed, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. Stay informed on industry trends, new laws, and competitors’ offerings to provide clients with up‑to‑date, relevant advice. Skills / Abilities Fluency in Spanish Experience in a law firm or legal department, including business development and client interaction Proven sales track record, with consultative sales skills Excellent verbal and written communication Sales pipeline management experience Goal‑oriented and results‑driven Client‑focused and committed to excellent service Organized, with strong time‑management skills Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion Networking and relationship‑building skills Education / Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. State Bar Membership: Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s). Experience: 3+ years of legal practice in both immigration law and criminal law.
