Job Description Job Description Administrative Assistant is a full-time position within our accounting department. The administrative Assistant position will be responsible for answering telephones and directing calls, basic bookkeeping, data entry, spreadsheet analysis, office machine operation, and filing. The position would be Monday-Friday 8-4pm, applicant must posses a high school diploma or GED, be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid driver's license.
