Finance Manager

Overall responsibility for accounting, financial control and compliance across North America Ensure timely and accurate group reporting, management reporting, and external reporting Lead financial planning processes including forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning Act as finance business partner to the Managing Director – North America Lead, develop and manage the North America finance team Drive harmonization and standardization of financial processes aligned with Group standards Main tasks Overall responsibility for accounting, financial control and compliance across North America Ensure timely and accurate group reporting, management reporting, and external reporting Lead financial planning processes including forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning Act as finance business partner to the Managing Director – North America Lead, develop and manage the North America finance team Drive harmonization and standardization of financial processes aligned with Group standards Secondary tasks Support business development initiatives, including CAPEX projects and restructuring Provide financial analysis for pricing, costing, and profitability improvement initiatives Champion the use of BI tools (e.g. Targit) across the region Support audit processes, tax compliance, and liaison with external advisors Span of control Management of North America finance team (approx. 4 employees across 2 sites) Oversight of accounting, reporting, treasury, and credit control activities Scope of responsibility Full ownership of finance processes across North America Responsibility for financial accuracy, compliance, and performance reporting Contributor to global finance alignment and process excellence initiatives Education & certifications Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree level (minimum) Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles Experience in finance business partnering Experience in multinational and multi-site environments Experience with group reporting and audit processes Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an advantage Skills Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Project management capabilities Ability to manage and develop teams (direct and indirect) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Languages Not explicitly stated (assumed business-level English required) Other competencies Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments Strong analytical and structured mindset Experience with BI tools is an advantage Timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and forecasts Strong compliance and audit outcomes Harmonized and standardized financial processes aligned with Group standards High-quality business partnering support to local management Well-functioning and high-performing finance team Improved financial insights supporting operational decision-making #J-18808-Ljbffr
