Core Development and Management-Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily operations in our judgment-free, people-focused gym. The Club Manager oversees staff, member experience, sales, and facility standards to maintain a clean, welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling team members; driving membership sales and retention; managing budgets, cash handling, and reporting; and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. This role champions our inclusive culture, supports community involvement, and helps members feel supported on their fitness journeys.
