Elevate Advance: Real Training for Real Estate AgentsElevate Advance is our in-depth training program designed specifically for new and developing agents.
It’s not just videos or theory; it’s built by agents who are actively in production and focused on helping you apply what you learn in real time.
Inside Elevate Advance, you’ll learn how to:
- Build your pipeline and find your first clients
- Run a buyer consultation with confidence
- Understand contracts (beyond just filling in blanks)
- Price homes and analyze comps
- Navigate inspections, negotiations, and due diligence
- Handle real-world scenarios that actually come up in transactions
You’ll also have access to:
- In-person workshops + online resources
- Support from brokers and instructors outside of class
- Guidance on your actual deals not just hypotheticals
The first portion of the program can also count toward your post-license education requirements.
And while Elevate Advance is required for agents with fewer than five transactions, it’s designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new or looking to build more confidence.
