Whether it’s designing for social media, coordinating physical advertising, or advising on creative direction, our expert team brings the client’s stories to life for maximum impact – enabling artists to reach further with content that resonates and endures. who You Are Passionate about music, TV, film, marketing, popular culture, writing, design, live shows and artist development, with 2 to 7 years of experience working in a Marketing capacity You have an entrepreneurial spirit who takes the initiative to push themselves and the team further You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with rigorous attention to detail You’re submerged in internet culture and know what hits the mark across all social media platforms You’re proficient across suites of design tools and knowledgeable about content creation A critical-thinker who is able to maintain big picture thinking, while executing and delegating, as needed in day-to-day tasks You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and feel motivated by the opportunity to lead in a variable work environment What You’ll Do Lead full social media campaign strategy & execution, as assigned by Department leaders Engage with clients and advise on campaign strategy and results informed by data, trend research and your expert opinion Devise and support social strategies tailored to the client’s objectives, followed by development and execution of strategy with regularly feedback and reporting Participate in growth strategy by developing pitch decks and outreaching to potential new clients Provide counsel and leadership to the coordinators and interns in their execution of assigned marketing projects Regularly attend meetings, concerts, and other relevant industry events LOCATION: Hybrid (Weehawken, NJ) This is a full-time position.
