As a Director of Operations, you lead a portfolio of communities, driving performance across care, sales, financial results and team engagement to deliver operational excellence and resident satisfaction. What You'll Do: • Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance • Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams • Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning • Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes • Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance • Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives • Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management • Drive customer experience, engagement and service excellence • Lead change initiatives, succession planning and leadership development What You'll Bring: • 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred) • Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise • Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability • Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities Director of Operations - Lead Multi-Community Performance and Drive Growth Director of Operations | Senior Living | Multi-Site Leadership | P&L | Operations Management | Healthcare Operations | Leadership Pay Range: 113,100.00 - 174,000.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
