Perm - RN - House Supervisor

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing services and direct resident care. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of LPNs and Nursing Assistants, ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with established nursing practices and Pennsylvania state regulations.

• Hourly Rate: $32.00/hour.
• Shift Differential: Additional $1.75/hour for night shifts (starts at beginning of shift).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Supervision: Direct the daily nursing activities of your assigned wing, providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Resident Care: Administer medications, transcribe physician orders accurately, and monitor vital signs/glucose levels.
• Documentation: Utilize the PCC (Physician's Computer Company) EMR system to record treatments and resident responses.
• Care Planning: Update care plans to reflect current resident conditions and lead team conferences as needed.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current Pennsylvania RN License (or proof of application for a PA license/temporary permit) required at the time of interview.
• Certification: Current AHA BLS certification.
• Health & Safety: Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a dedication to meeting the needs of the elderly.
