Tenant Stability & Compliance Specialist

Lantern Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Housing Stability Specialist in the Bronx to support tenants in Lantern’s housing programs. You will handle intake, leasing compliance, rent coordination, and tenant engagement, working across departments to ensure stability and adherence to LIHTC and other regulations.
