Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train production team members on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, initiating reorders as needed.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement efficiency initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications.
