Our Clayton location is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team and deliver high-quality food that keeps guests coming back.
What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook , you’ll play a critical role in preparing and executing menu items with consistency and efficiency. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards
Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Maintaining clean, stocked, and organized stations during service
Assisting with prep work, restocking, and closing duties
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Working with the Kitchen Manager and BOH team to ensure timely ticket execution
Supporting menu changes, specials, and seasonal features as needed
Who You Are
Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate)
Passionate about food quality and presentation
Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with strong communication skills
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
