About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Operations Director & Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's strategic planning and management system, internal and company-wide communications, and the development of business processes to ensure the organization remains coordinated and accountable as it scales. This senior leadership position demands a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy, or consulting roles, with a strong background in direct healthcare experience. The role requires a blend of strategic and operational skills, including the ability to set and communicate top-level goals, design and improve operating infrastructure, and tackle high-stakes, ambiguous problems. The ideal candidate will be a bold builder, a humble learner, and an experimenter who is committed to the mission of the organization. Applicants for the Business Operations Director & Chief of Staff role at the company should have a proven track record in strategic planning, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of process and systems thinking. The role is highly demanding and requires a candidate with expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships at all levels.
