In this role, you'll serve as lead counsel on a diverse and sophisticated litigation portfolio, representing insureds and Nationwide in matters involving: Bodily Injury (Auto, Commercial, and Homeowners) Commercial Auto & Property Products Liability Property Damage Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Claims Wrongful Death Litigation Subrogation matters (experience preferred) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a national litigation team with approximately 40 offices across the U.S. Handle complex, high-impact cases from inception through trial. What We're Looking For Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island licensure is a plus. 8+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong trial advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills. Experience in insurance defense, property & casualty litigation, and/or subrogation. Federal court admission is a plus.
