What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
Administer medications and interventions following physician orders
Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and positive outcomes

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Additional clinical specialty certifications
