We’re looking for a highly organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented Fraud Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of managing the daily customer-related operations of our product, working closely with both the business and strategy teams to optimize how we operate. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing: Entering and updating cardholder information into our database Tracking, investigating, and resolving merchant and customer fraud prevention cases Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes Calculating credit refunds and processing account adjustments Analyzing and interpreting various reports to support decision-making Collaborating with multiple departments to streamline and improve procedures Taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed What You'll Bring: Experience in the credit card or financial services industry. Proven ability to investigate high-risk customer and merchant accounts to identify, mitigate, and prevent fraudulent activity. Demonstrated experience processing Automated Consumer Dispute Verification (ACDV) requests Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in using computer systems, business applications, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a green screen (mainframe) environment is preferred.
