This candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, coordinating hiring logistics, maintaining ATS data integrity, and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates. Day-to-Day:

Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the candidate interview process

Maintain ATS records, candidate pipelines, and job postings

Manage onsite and virtual interview logistics

Coordinate travel arrangements and video conferencing setup

Prepare interview teams with resumes and position details

Support new hire onboarding logistics alongside People Operations

Improve and scale recruiting coordination processes, workflows, and templates

Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication

Skills and Requirements

2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with ATS platforms and scheduling tools

Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, self-directed mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience coordinating technical or engineering hiring

Startup experience within software or hardware environments

Experience with high-volume interview scheduling

Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiting role

Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting

Curiosity and interest in technology and engineering

Experience using Ashby ATS
