What You'll Be Doing As a Member Services Representative you will create an exceptional club experience by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and delivering outstanding customer service. You will promote the club's benefits, guide new and current members, and support the team at the front desk. Maintain a clean club environment. Encourage members to join fitness classes. Introduce members to Black Card amenities. Assist at the welcome desk, checking in members, greeting and farewelling, and conducting tours. Lead by example, encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform required tasks – standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other movements. Reliability and punctuality. High‑school diploma or equivalent.
