SUSHI ANN, a renowned sushi restaurant located in the heart of New York, NY, is looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lunch Sushi Chef . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for detail, and bring energy to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Lunch Sushi Chef at SUSHI ANN, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality sushi and sashimi with precision and artistry.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth lunch service.
- Upholding the authenticity and excellence of Japanese Omakase cuisine.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a sushi chef.
- Previous experience in a Japanese Omakase Sushi Restaurant (preferred).
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.
- A legally authorized status to work in the U.S.
- An energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
This is a part-time lunch position , with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday only . If this schedule aligns with your availability, we encourage you to apply!
