As a TNICU Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of patient conditions. You will have the ability to learn advanced skills that include RotoProne therapy, continuous renal replacement therapy, intra-aortic balloon pump device therapy, EKOS therapy, intraventricular monitoring and drainage, cerebral thrombectomies and coilings, TNCC or ATCN, Trauma Responder and removal of arterial sheaths. Our dedicated Registered Nurses are actively involved in department shared leadership and facility wide committees. Our Registered Nurses also have the opportunity to participate and receive support for completion of the nationally recognized certifications. We currently have full-time day (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) and night (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) shifts available working three 12-hour shifts per week. You will also have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
