The world can’t wait.You Have:2+ years of experience with performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD2+ years of experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies concepts, best practices, and client solutionsExperience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools, such as Atlassian Suite productsExperience serving as a primary contact for customers, managing their journey from onboarding through renewal and advocacyExperience with case management such as managing customer escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolutionsExperience with facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders, including presenting epic and task prioritization and grooming, refining product backlog, and planning product deliverablesExperience with developing documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional technical documentation according to existing standards and methodologies with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute efforts for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operationsAbility to drive and execute analyst tasks based on customer use cases, dependencies, and prioritiesTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience with DoD or Army organizationsExperience with case management technologies, such as ServiceNowExperience with cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformationKnowledge of cyber security concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldAWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure AZ900 CertificationsProfessional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
