What You'll Do as a Sales Manager:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales goals
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing business relationships
• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training and performance management
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer data, and economic indicators to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers while assisting with high-level sales opportunities
• Manage sales budgets, evaluate ROI on programs and initiatives, and address escalated customer concerns

What You Need to Bring to the Sales Manager Role:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales, business development, and leadership experience required
• Background in construction and knowledge required to work with contractors
• Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Willingness to travel higher volume for the first 6 months
