Job Summary  The Sales Development Advertising Strategist is an outward, forward-thinking partner to Comcast Advertising Sales. By partnering with Advertising Account Executives, the Advertising Strategist will help determine the appropriate strategy, value proposition, and solution to solve advertiser’s needs/objectives/goals. Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesConduct proactive industry trend analysis to identify both 1:1 and scaled (1-to-many) opportunities.  Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to deliver market intelligence and develop points of view for Comcast Advertising.  Partner with the Measurements & Insights team, Business Development, and other internal resources to uncover new business opportunities and support revenue growth.  Lead the development of initial campaign strategies for clients, including discovery sessions, custom strategic presentations, and cross-functional coordination.  Demonstrate a strong understanding of Comcast Advertising’s portfolio and effectively communicate media strategy, technology, creative, sponsorships, data, attribution, and audience solutions.  Develop discovery questions to uncover client goals, audience needs, and value propositions.  Support Account Executives in client-facing meetings and presentations by providing expertise, insights, and recommendations.  Evaluate campaign performance to identify optimization and upsell opportunities, including oversight of Customer Care Reports, Attribution Reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.  Generally requires 5-7 years’ experience.  Geographic knowledge of designated territory (local, multi-market, auto, enterprise).  Foundational knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.  Ability to demonstrate an understanding of and ability to speak to multiple subject matter experts within the organization tied to media strategy, creative, sponsorships, data, attribution and audiences.  Design abilities (PPT, basic graphics, etc.).  Employees at all levels are expected to:Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.Drive results and growth.Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.Disclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
