Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)

Providing front-line customer support, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) will handle inbound inquiries from members, pharmacies, and prescribers while working remotely for a temporary duration of three months. Key responsibilities Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point of service inquiries Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes Enter customer data and other relevant information into documentation tools Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience Experience handling pharmacy benefit inquiries and formulary questions Familiarity with standard operating procedures for contact handling
